I’ve used a Realistic DX 440 portable radio ever since I started DXing almost 20 years ago. I now have over 100 NASWA shortwave broadcast countries verified–all with the portable, long nights and lots of patience.
It’s been a great little radio — even after our house got struck by lightning (of course one should always use protection LOL).
If you use one of these radios, congratulations on your good taste!
