WA4CZD Homepage
| Hi--thanks for visiting my home page. I've only been on the air since 1998, but wow -- it sure has been fun. I've been wanting to get my ticket for a long time. After I graduated from college I got my license as soon as I possibly could -- tech plus.
You can fiind me on the novice CW bands. I'm really into this morse code thing. I use a Scout, Heathkit HW 101 and G5RV antenna. So here's a bunch of neat resouces I've found on the Internet. I usually
work the 15M Novice CW sub-band. I 'd also like to thank the following people for their help:
- Clarksville Amateur Transmitting Society -- for administering the VEC exam.
- KD5BBC --for selling me his Heathkit SWR meter and HW-101 transceiver.
- WA4AOS --for selling me his Ten Tec Scout.
- K4RO -- of the Tennessee Contest Group for answering all my stupid questions
and helping me get on the air.
- Dickson County TN ARC -- for letting me play in Field Day every year.
In 2004 I changed my call sign to my SK elmer's previous call, WA4CZD, and upgraded to General. :) |
